Rental Terms & Conditions

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 11 am.
The owners require a deposit of NOK 2,000 to be paid in cash, via vipps or by bank transfer. The deposit is refunded after the inspection of the flats.
The tenant will receive a code for the front door upon arrival. The code will be active for the tenant’s entire stay at Frafjord Apartments.
Bedding and towels are available in the flats.
Smoking and keeping animals in the flats are not permitted. Shouls the tenant violate the above-mentioned rules, the will be charged NOK 3,500 for thorough cleaning.
The tenant should inspect the flat upon arrival. Any objections should be reported to the owner – sms 40178968.
The flat will be inspected upon the tenant’s departure. Please close the door and windows.
The tenant will be charged for any damage that has not been reported.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm – please keep the music down.
Renting the conference room (for up to 25 people) for special events (conferences, parties) requires a separate contract and a refundable deposit in the amount of NOK 5,000. Reservations can be made by phone or email.
